Settling In

Here are a few pictures from our neighborhood. We are living in the Rosetta District. The neighborhood is beautiful. The streets are very narrow so it's common to see the cars parked on the sidewalks. All the buildings are made from red bricks. There is a little co-op store a block a way which we have walked to many time to buy our groceries to get us by. The store reminds me of a tiny, tiny Trader Joe's. There is a mall with a big grocery store called Sainsburys just a few minutes drive from our house. Cam was brave enough to drive us there. It will take a while to adjust to driving on the left side of the road while sitting on the right side of the car. We keep wanting to get into the wrong side of the car to drive. :-) We also have walked to the school where the kids will be going. It is about a 10 minute walk. It is all gated so we couldn't see much yet. We also went to Cherryvale Grounds which is a big park with lots of playing fields. We watched some kids play hurling. Not sure what the rules are but it looks like fun.
